St. Patrick’s’ Day is right around the corner which means lots of festive and green parties to go to! Whether you’re throwing a party for the kids or one for adults, I have the perfect desserts for to make your parties extra festive. I have two very special cake and icing flavors that will fit right in with any Patty Party you have in mind.
My first St. Patrick’s Day cake is a Lucky Clover cake. This cake is a mint chocolate cake with a cool mint buttercream. It tastes just like you’re biting into a chocolate mint girl scout cookie. The cake is topped with green 4-leaf clovers and a gold chocolate “coin”.
My next extra special St. Patrick’s Day cake is my Irish Car Bomb cake. It’s my take on the popular Irish inspired alcoholic shot. The flavors make the cake taste just like the shot. It is a chocolate Guinness cake layered with delicious Irish whiskey ganache and covered with a Bailey’s butterceam.
